Moorpark is newer than its neighbours, and it moves differently
Most of the housing here went up between the eighties and the two-thousands, which means wider streets and better truck access than Simi's older tracts — and a lot more stairs.

Peach Hill
Larger 1980s and 90s homes on the rise south of Tierra Rejada Road. Wide streets and driveways a truck can back into, two stories almost everywhere, and the oversized furniture that comes with that — sectionals, media walls, king sets that have to clear a stairwell turn.

Campus Park
The blocks below Moorpark College, and the most rental turnover in the city. Short-notice moves, a lot of one and two-bedroom jobs, and a reliable late-August rush when the college year starts. Book early for that window; it fills.

Varsity Park and Mountain Meadows
Family tracts on the west side toward the Arroyo Vista Community Park. Straightforward single and two-story homes with easy access — the kind of move where the only real variable is how much is in the garage.

Home Acres
Larger semi-rural parcels on the eastern edge, some with workshops, sheds and equipment. Plenty of room for the truck, and usually more volume outside the house than in it. Tell us about the outbuildings when you book.

Newer construction up on the north side, off Spring Road. Modern layouts, good access, more stairs than the older tracts, and HOA rules in several sections about where a truck may stand and for how long.

High Street and old downtown
The historic blocks by the Metrolink station — older buildings, narrow rear access and street parking that decides the job. Most of our Moorpark commercial work is along here, and it goes overnight or early on a Sunday.

A local aside worth knowing: the streets around Underwood Family Farms and the High Street events get properly congested on autumn weekends. If your move is nearby, a weekday morning will be faster and cheaper.

We do not keep a Moorpark address and will not pretend otherwise. What matters is that Moorpark is fifteen minutes away and regular work, so the crew that arrives already knows the town.
How much does a move within Moorpark cost?

Yes, and Campus Park in late August is the busiest week of our Moorpark year. Student and rental moves cluster hard into that window, so book two to three weeks out if your date is in it.
Small jobs are welcome — a one-bedroom apartment with a two-man crew is often a half-day.
Do you do rental turnovers and cleanouts for landlords?
Regularly, through our TRASH DAY division. Furniture, appliances, garage contents and post-tenancy debris, priced by the volume in the truck and quoted before we load.
If you manage several units, tell us — we can usually work a whole turnover into one visit.
Do you serve the equestrian and semi-rural properties?
Yes. Home Acres and the larger parcels on the east side are normal work for us — tack, feed, equipment and outbuildings included. Access is rarely the problem out there; volume usually is, so mention the barn or the workshop when you call so the right truck comes.
