Gated, hillside and the largest homes in the Conejo Valley. Almost every job here starts with a phone call to the gate: guest access, contractor hours and where a 26-foot truck may stand are all set by the association rather than by us. Long driveways mean long carries, which cost you nothing with us.

Wildwood and the streets below the park
Older, quieter, and built into the slope above Wildwood Regional Park. Narrow turns off Avenida de los Arboles and a fair number of split-level homes with an interior flight the furniture has to negotiate. Sectionals and king box springs come apart here more often than not.

Conejo Oaks and Sunset Hills
Mature 1970s and 80s neighbourhoods with the oak canopy the city is named for. Access is generally easy; the trees are the constraint. We watch low limbs over driveways, because a truck roof against an oak branch is the kind of damage nobody wants to explain.

Lynn Ranch
Semi-rural pockets with larger lots, some with horse property and outbuildings. As in Bridle Path over in Simi, the barn or the workshop is regularly more volume than the house — tell us about it when you book and the right truck comes out.

Old Town Thousand Oaks
The blocks around Thousand Oaks Boulevard and Moorpark Road — condos, townhomes and older apartments. Assigned parking and shared driveways decide where the truck sits, and several buildings want a certificate of insurance before the elevator is released. We file it.
