TRASH DAY is our junk removal and hauling division, based in Simi Valley, and it exists because our moving customers kept asking us to take things away. Now it runs on its own for realtors prepping a listing, contractors finishing a remodel, property managers turning a unit, and families clearing out a garage.
What we take is simple to describe: unwanted old appliances, furniture, and stuff you just do not want anymore. You do not have to justify any of it to us, and you do not have to drag it to the curb first.

Out of the garage, down the stairs, off the side yard. The space is left swept.

How fast can you pick up?
Usually the same week, and often within a day or two across Simi Valley, Moorpark, Camarillo, Oxnard and Ventura. Realtors with a listing deadline should say so when they call — those get prioritized.
How much does junk removal cost?
It is a flat rate, quoted upfront, set by how much of the truck your items fill. You get that price before we load anything and it includes the labor and the dump and recycling fees. Send a photo and we will tell you what it runs.
What happens to my stuff?
We use a tiered approach. Anything usable is donated, electronics and metals are recycled, and items that can be re-purposed are. Landfill is genuinely the last resort — it costs us money too.
Do you do full estate or property cleanouts?
Yes, and they are common alongside our senior moves. When a family is clearing a parent's house after a move to assisted living, we can handle the move and the cleanout as one job, with the same crew and one point of contact.
Is there anything you cannot take?
Hazardous materials — paint, solvents, motor oil, chemicals, asbestos — have to go through Ventura County household hazardous waste collection. We will tell you what to set aside and where it goes.
Do I need to be there?
Not necessarily. For a garage or a side-yard pile we can work from photos and a text confirmation of the quote. Inside a house we would rather you or your agent be there so nothing goes that should have stayed.
